Can't check in online. Phone the Fungus help desk and it helpully suggests that quickest way to check in is to go online. Yes, it is when it works. It then helpfully cuts the phone line off after 10p a minute listening to lovely, smokey female Irish accent. Poor CRM, but will probably call back later...ahem try checking in online again.
